Welcome

To all friends and brothers visiting this site, I would like to say welcome! I hope you will agree that our website is both educational and informative. We have tried to design it as a communication tool for our members and for all those interested in sharing the story of the Scottish Rite. I want to personally thank our webmaster, Bro. Robert Cook, for his good work with design.   I hope you will bookmark us and use the site to stay in touch and keep up with the happenings of one of the great Scottish Rite resources in America. Feel free to post any suggestions you have which might  enhance the value of our website to those who come here.

Dearest Brother Davis,I just stumbled upon your site and took the virtual tour of your beautiful Temple. It reminds me of our now gone Syria Shrine Temple, and our old home in the Pittsburgh Masonic Temple in the Oakland section of the City of Pittsburgh,Pa. The Valley of Pittsburgh does have a new modern home in the North Hills but pales in comparison of your magnificent structure.Best wishes for the future.Sincerely T.W.Murray,P.M. I too just found this site and think it's wonderful. The only thing I find that could be improved on that it could be monitered a little more often.

Thanks for your input. The message boards are monitored daily. I wish we had active participation on all boards, but I only respond as people post items. Otherwise, I would be talking to myself.   Undecided

If there are other sections of our site that need to be updated, let me know and we will work on them.

Great to have you drop by, bro. Wayne. Feel free to post on any subject, or create new topics. Maybe we can get some activity going. It has been quite slow lately; with so many available discussion venues.

I just found the boards as well.  Too bad there isn't more activity.  I will try to 'stir the pot' and get something started LOL

Jon:

We just initiated a new candidate education program in our Valley which will be implemented in the fall of 2011. I am hopeful it will stimulate new activity on the message boards. There are a lot of blogs and Masonic forums online which were not available when we started our website. I am aware all of these compete for a man's time. I have always been more interested in the quality of the information on our boards than in the number of people who participate.

Let your friends know about us.
